We are grateful for the recently completed Working Forward Project 2017/2019 in partnership with Gingerbread. This success story has been powerful and crowned with six of our participants completing the NVQ LEVEL 2 & 3 Supporting Learning and Teaching in Schools. 50% of the certified participants are now in employment while the remainder are still waiting to be placed.
About 70% of the total program cohort gained employment, some going onto volunteering within the community and others seek continuous training to develop their skills and potential. Above all all participants gained greater confidence to help them in achieving their aims.
